Traces of injury, whether the texture is uniform, whether there are rust spots, etc., the thickness can be measured with an equal micrometer, and the hardness can be felt by hand.
2) Printing: After the film and the layout map are given to the printing factory, the printing factory will make the imposition printing. Usually, the printing factory will provide a template for the printing factory to follow the color. During the printing process, we should pay attention to whether the printing color matching follows the template and sets the position. Is it accurate, whether there are stains, whether there are scars, etc. These problems are generally in charge of the printers themselves.
3) Cutting: After printing and returning to the factory, you can cut the material according to the row cutting bed. When cutting the mattress, pay attention to whether the operator cuts according to the knife edge line, and whether the length is consistent and uniform. Whether workers scratch each other when discharging materials, etc., should check the quality at the initial operation station.
4) Stamping: Since it is pressed and formed on a punching machine, this is the most important work in making a can. Usually, a can can be completed in many processes. The general process of the two-piece can of Tiandi cover is: cover: cutting – flashing – winding. Bottom cover: cutting material – flashing – pre-rolling line – winding line. In the stamping process, product loss is usually the largest. Pay attention to whether the work operation is standardized, whether the surface of the product is scratched, whether the coil has batch seams, and whether the buckle position is fastened. The usual method is to arrange before the production of large goods. Confirm the production of large samples, and produce according to the confirmed large samples, which can reduce a lot of trouble.
5) Packaging: After the production is finished stamping, the packaging department is responsible for cleaning and assembling, into plastic bags and packing.
