Confirm the Vessel and Finish Before Logo Development

Logo decoration should be developed together with the selected candle vessel rather than treated as a final add-on. Container material, surface texture, glaze, curvature and available decoration area can all affect how a logo appears on the finished product.

Vessaro supports branding development for ceramic candle vessels produced at our Chaozhou production base, while logo requirements for selected glass, tin and cement containers are coordinated through approved partner factories.

Artwork, Logo Size and Position Review

For an accurate branding review, buyers should provide the original logo artwork whenever possible. We normally confirm the required logo size, position, orientation and visual reference before preparing a decorated sample.

Logo placement should be considered in relation to the vessel shape. A straight cylindrical surface usually provides a different printable or decorative area from a rounded, tapered or highly textured vessel.

The approved artwork should also define whether the logo is centered, positioned at a specific height or coordinated with another element such as a lid, label or packaging design.

Decoration Depends on Material and Surface

Not every branding method is suitable for every candle container.

For ceramic vessels, decoration feasibility depends on the glaze, surface texture, firing or finishing route and the required visual effect. Smooth and textured surfaces may produce different results, so the actual decoration method should be confirmed against the selected vessel rather than assumed from a catalog image.

Glass, metal and cement containers follow different production routes through our approved supply partners. For these materials, logo capability is reviewed according to the selected model, finish and supplier process.

Vessels requiring a specific diameter or branding area should first be confirmed through Size, Shape & Capacity.

Sample Approval Before Bulk Production

A physical branded sample provides the reference for bulk production. During approval, buyers should review:

• Logo size and position
• Artwork orientation
• Color and visual contrast
• Decoration appearance on the selected finish
• Alignment with the vessel shape
• Lid and packaging coordination where applicable

Standard or customized samples normally require about 7–15 days, depending on the vessel and branding requirements. New mold projects generally require around 20–30 days before an approval sample is available.

Once the logo sample and other specifications are confirmed, bulk production normally requires approximately 30–45 days, depending on material, quantity, finishing and packaging.

Branding Consistency During Bulk Orders

During production and final inspection, the approved sample is used as the reference for logo position, appearance and other agreed branding details.

For partner-supplied glass, tin and cement programs, Vessaro coordinates the confirmed artwork and sample requirements with the relevant factory and checks the finished order against the approved specification before shipment release.
