Packaging Should Be Confirmed with the Vessel
Private-label packaging is part of the candle container specification, not a separate step added after production. Vessel material, dimensions, weight, lid, surface finish and order quantity all affect the type of box, divider and export protection required.
Vessaro supports packaging development for ceramic candle vessels produced at our Chaozhou production base and coordinates packaging requirements for selected glass, tin and cement container programs supplied through approved partner factories.
Depending on the project, packaging may include inner boxes, printed color boxes, labels, barcodes, protective dividers, master cartons and pallet packing.

Inner Boxes and Branded Color Boxes
Individual packaging can be developed according to the vessel size and the required brand presentation.
A simple inner box may be suitable for projects where the primary requirement is protection during handling and shipment. Retail or private-label programs may require printed color boxes with logo artwork, product information, barcode placement or other confirmed graphics.
Before box dimensions are finalized, we normally confirm the vessel height, diameter, lid configuration and any protective insert required inside the box.

Labels, Barcodes and Artwork Details
Labels and barcodes should be reviewed together with the final packaging layout so their size and position remain consistent during bulk production.
Buyers should provide the required artwork files, barcode information, label dimensions and placement instructions before packaging samples are prepared.
Depending on the program, packaging may include:
- Brand labels
- Barcode labels
- Product information stickers
- Box artwork
- Carton markings
- Order-specific identification labels
The exact content is supplied or approved by the buyer before mass production.
Protective Dividers and Export Cartons
Branded packaging must still protect the container during international transport.
Ceramic and glass vessels normally require more attention to impact protection than metal tins, while heavier cement containers may affect carton strength and packing quantity.
Protective packing can include wrapping, carton dividers, individual boxes and master cartons. Pallet packing can also be coordinated depending on the order, shipping route and destination.
Packaging Sample Approval
Packaging samples should be reviewed before bulk production when custom artwork, printed boxes or special packing structures are involved.
During approval, buyers should check:
- Box dimensions and vessel fit
- Logo and artwork position
- Color and print appearance
- Label and barcode placement
- Internal protection
- Divider configuration
- Carton quantity and markings
Standard or customized product samples generally require around 7–15 days, although packaging development may affect the overall sampling schedule depending on artwork and structure.
Typical project MOQ is around 500–3,000 pieces per design, while custom printed packaging, special materials or partner-factory requirements may require higher quantities.
From Approved Packaging to Bulk Shipment
Once the vessel, branding and packaging sample are approved, the confirmed details become the reference for bulk packing.
Final checks may include packaging appearance, label position, barcode information, carton quantity and carton markings before shipment release.
Bulk production normally requires around 30–45 days after sample approval, depending on the container material, quantity, decoration and packaging requirements.
